Simply pre-purchase the surround from the location of your choice for pickup, or if it’s already on site, even better. The surround will be installed on top of whatever wall material exists currently, or if it’s replacing an old surround, the old one will be removed, and the wall inspected for water damage.
Purchase covers removal of old surround and installation of new surround only. If further work is required, client will be notified before additional work begins.
